Diana Serban, founder of Fresno Bookkeeping Solutions, has successfully built her company since 1995.

One of her gifts is working with business owners and keeping it simple; there is no accounting jargon with her. Diana started bookkeeping in 1986 working for small business owners. That experience showed that while needing qualified bookkeeping, most small businesses don’t need a full time staff member.

At the time, Diana was a single parent and needed to work full time. Deciding to become independent, Diana started the process by returning to school and receiving degrees in accounting from Fresno City College, and Business Administration – Human Resource Management from CA State University Fresno.

As a unique feature, Diana offered services to multiple small businesses working on site, allowing all financial information to stay in house. For clients that did not have facilities, the work was done in her own office. Diana is detailed-oriented, analytical, with excellent planning skills. She has a natural ability to look for inefficiencies and ways to streamline processes thereby saving significant time and effort.
